The Glenwood Hot Springs Lodge renovation focused on updating and upgrading 107 guest rooms and bathrooms. The overhaul of this property was completed in two phases, including converting standard guest rooms into ADA accessible rooms. The Seagren team removed and replaced: bathroom tiles, valves, vanities, and much more to complete this large project on time and within budget.
