DoubleTree Quebec Bathroom Renovation:

The DoubleTree’s guest bathroom remodel spans over the hotel’s nine guest floors and began in November 2011. The project encompasses 548 rooms and is scheduled to be completed by January 2012. This large remodel will be completed in four phases. The bathroom phase includes removing and replacing not only decorative finishes like: tiles, light fixtures, vanities, granite, and more, but also includes replacing vital aspects such as: tubs, toilets, valves, and sinks. The building department required a last minute change to increase the separation between the bathroom walls to provide added fire protection. The Seagren team not only rose to this challenge by finding and executing a building solution that brought all the hotel’s bathrooms up to code, but also exceeded the client’s expectations by remaining to stay on schedule.
